The project "Parliamentary means of conflict resolution in 20th century Britain" is a international research project funded by the Academy of Finland in 2010-2013. The project is led by Professor, Dr Pasi Ihalainen and it is located at the Department of History and Ethnology of the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The project employs besides the project leader two post-doctoral researchers and two doctoral students. The project includes also associate members who are studying topics related to themes of the project. The project is due to be completed by the end of 2013.
The general objectives of the project include the analysis of three general and two specific empirical subject areas:
